In this project, we helped create the ultimate sleeping companion. This revolutionary sleeping robot is designed to help individuals with sleep difficulties breathe better and relax their minds.
Our role was to design and create the covers, resulting in distinctive duo-coloured covers with dark blue rib fabric (100% polyester) and light blue mesh (100% polyester). Throughout the manufacturing process of these covers, we paid attention to every detail, from the zipper to the wash label, ensuring a product of outstanding quality. Each cover is finished with reinforced internal stitching and designed for a snug, secure fit.
We played a key role in developing a broad and versatile range of positioning products – including 2-point and 4-point hip belts, chest harnesses, and other supports – designed to encourage a healthy, functional seating posture for wheelchair users with postural deviations.
The belts and harnesses are built for durability, safety, and ease of use, with every detail carefully considered and aesthetics thoughtfully integrated. Our dedicated team understands that product quality directly impacts user safety. That’s why each component is meticulously designed.
With a strong focus on functionality and user needs, we contributed to the creation of a complete and adaptable product range that helps correct or accommodate postural deviations, improving the comfort, stability and overall quality of life of wheelchair users.
