ONE TAKEOFF

Every One Off begins with the architect’s design language. Sometimes fully developed, sometimes defined only by volume, proportions and placement within the yacht’s layout.

Working closely with yacht architects and project stakeholders, we define a clear creative direction while safeguarding feasibility, ergonomics and functionality.

During this phase, specific requirements and boundaries, such as adjustability, limited installation space or complex geometries, often become the starting point for innovation.

D3 · DEVELOP

ONE DIALOGUE

Once the concept is defined, sketches are translated into detailed 3D models using advanced CAD software.

Because every One Off project is unique, design and development move forward in constant dialogue. Prototypes are created, evaluated and refined to validate comfort, ergonomics and technical feasibility. Advanced techniques such as 3D printing often replace traditional mold-based production methods, providing greater flexibility throughout the process.

Through testing, feedback and refinement, complex concepts evolve into fully engineered seating solutions ready for production.

D3 · DELIVER

ONE FINAL PRODUCT

Once approved, production begins under strict control of quality, planning and execution. Whether it concerns a single installation or a fully custom seating concept integrated throughout a vessel, every detail is managed with precision.

From manufacturing and quality control to logistics and installation support, we coordinate the complete process from start to finish.

Within our One Off series, the CUSTOM CINEMA SEATS project stands out as one that truly challenged the entire D3 process. Its architectural complexity, technical requirements and spatial constraints demanded close collaboration between design and development at every stage. The final result not only fulfilled the client’s vision, but also strengthened our own expertise.
